Chamber Vacuum Sealers
Quiware BoXer Vacuum Sealers offer a wide variety of uses within the modernist kitchen. They work by pumping out all the air in the chamber at one time in all directions rather than sucking it out in one direction as with a traditional sealer. This allows you to create vacuum sealed pouches with any amount of liquid in them.

Why Chamber Machine
When sealing with a chamber machine, the vacuum pouch is placed inside the chamber and the lid is closed. Air is sucked out of the entire chamber, not just the pouch itself, allowing air pressure on both the inside and outside of the pouch to remain equal and liquids to stay inside the pouch. The pouch is then fully sealed and air is returned back into the chamber. It really is a whole new way to vacuum package.
